Q: What services do you offer?
A: Pressure washing and soft washing for homes, stratas, businesses and industrial sites. That includes house washing, roof and moss cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, concrete and paver cleaning and sealing, dryer vent cleaning, fleet washing, Christmas lights and junk removal.
Q: Do you use hot water?
A: Yes. We have both hot and cold water equipment, so we can match the method to the surface and the mess.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Our team is licensed, insured and covered by WorkSafeBC.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Use the quote form on our site, or call, text or email us at info@esgroupinc.ca. Only the services listed on your approved quote are included. Anything extra is quoted first.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Not always. We do need a working outdoor tap and clear access. Please move cars, furniture and decor out of the way, and keep pets and kids inside while we work.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Light rain doesn't stop us. If weather or safety means we can't do a good job, we'll move your booking to the next good day.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Payment is due when the job is done. We send an invoice, and you get a receipt for every charge.
Q: Will sealing make my pavers look exactly the same everywhere?
A: Sealer can darken or bring out the colour, and results depend on the age and condition of the surface. We'll talk through what to expect before we start.
Q: Do you take photos of my property?
A: Yes, to record the job and check our work. We may use them in our marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us and we'll stop.
Q: Do you do junk removal too?
A: Yes. A full 12-yard load is $799 plus GST, and the minimum job is $499 plus GST. Text us a few photos for a price range.
